National Business Women's Week

nat-business-women's-day.jpg

In 1928 President Herber Hoover designated the third week of October as National Business Women's Week. This week celebrates the contributions of working women to the American society, economy and family. The objectives of the week, which have been heavily promoted by Business and Professional Women/USA (BPW/USA), are to promote full participation and equity for women in the workplace as well as publicize the achievements of professional women.

Celebrate this event by letting the women in your life and workplace know how much you value their accomplishments. Promotional heart shaped stress balls or key chains are another great idea.

Is there a professional woman making your world go round? We'd like to know about her accomplishments.
